A Loving Touch HomeCare Service LLC opened its doors in 2019 with a clear and heartfelt mission: to bring professional, compassionate care directly into the homes of seniors and adults who need it most. What began as a small, dedicated team has grown into a trusted agency serving families across Southeast Michigan.
Our founder, Jacqueline Bryan McCoy, LPN, saw firsthand the gap between institutional care and the comfort of home. She knew that with the right support, most people could remain safely and happily in the place they love most — home. That belief became the foundation of our agency.
Today, we continue to grow with the same values that inspired our founding: compassion, dignity, and the unwavering commitment to treating every client like family.
Why I Became an LPN
"I became a Licensed Practical Nurse because I wanted to make a real difference in people's lives — not just clinically, but personally. When I founded A Loving Touch, I wanted to bring that same professional standard into the home — not as a medical provider, but as a caring partner families could trust. Jacqueline Bryan McCoy is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for helping seniors and adults live with dignity and independence at home. With years of nursing experience, she founded A Loving Touch HomeCare Service LLC in 2019 to bridge the gap between clinical-quality oversight and the warmth of home-based care.
As the agency's leader, Jacqueline provides hands-on caregiver education, quality oversight, and personalized care coordination — ensuring every client receives care that meets her exacting professional standards. While the agency does not provide skilled nursing services, her nurse-led leadership sets A Loving Touch apart.
